Economist from Pontificia Universidad Católica del Perú with a Master’s Degree in Public Service Regulation from the same university. Former General Manager of OSINERGMIN and SUNASS, as well as Head of Regulation at OSITRAN.

Former member of the OSINERGMIN Dispute Resolution Tribunal, of the Commission for the Elimination of Bureaucratic Barriers of INDECOPI, and of the Association of Good Employers (ABE) of the American Chamber of Commerce.

Author of several publications and academic presentations, former member of the teaching staff of the Specialization Program in Public-Private Partnerships of Universidad del Pacífico’s School of Public Management and the Specialization Program in Regulation of Services of Sanitation of the Higher School of Business Administration – ESAN.
