This Privacy Policy regulates the processing of personal data carried out by LERCARI & BUENO CONSULTORES S.A.C. (hereinafter BuenoLercari). This document is in accordance with the current regulations on Personal Data Protection (Law N° 29733, Law on Personal Data Protection, its Regulations and complementary rules).

The person responsible for the treatment of the information collected through this website is BuenoLercari, with RUC. N° 20519098874 and offices at Av. Alberto del Campo 429 Office 5A, Magdalena del Mar – Lima.
2. Purposes
The personal data from which the treatment is carried out have the following purposes:
• Regarding the Data Bank called “Clients”:
– Data management for the development of our legal and management services.
– Management of commercial and administrative operations with clients.
– Process and ensure compliance and delivery of products and/or services acquired by customers.
– Make measurements regarding the use of the website and other online means of communication used.
– Profiling for the offering of legal services of BuenoLercari.
– Marketing management on legal products and services.
• Regarding the Data Bank called “Collaborators”:
– Have an updated database of company personnel and collaborators.
• Regarding the Data Bank called “Video Surveillance”:
– Have the image registry for the control of security measures of the internal facilities of BuenoLercari.
• Regarding the database called “Events”:
– Perform registration, control and booking of participants of events organized by BuenoLercari.
– Management of lists of attendees to academic events.
– Promote legal events organized by BuenoLercari.
3. Mandatory personal data
To carry out the purposes described in this privacy policy, it is mandatory to provide us, at least, the following personal information: name and surname, number and type of identity document, fingerprint (where applicable), data of the credit and/or debit card (where applicable), address (where applicable), email address, telephone number and signature (handwritten and/or digital).
4. Consequences of providing personal data and the refusal to do so
If the mandatory personal data indicated in the previous section is not provided, we will not be able to provide the service.

BuenoLercari may transfer your personal data locally, with the following types of companies/institutions, and for the purposes that are detailed below:

Purpose: Processing of payments for the rendering of our services and/or payment of payroll.

In compliance with current regulations, BuenoLercari adopts the appropriate legal, organizational and technical measures to guarantee the security of Personal Data, avoiding its alteration, loss, improper treatment or unauthorized access.
For this purpose, BuenoLercari makes all the necessary human and technological resources available, applying them in proportion to the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed.
BuenoLercari will only process Personal Data that are stored in archives that meet the security conditions required by the current Personal Data Protection Regulations.

You can exercise the rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights), through the email informes@bil.com.pe or at our offices located at the address indicated above. In addition to the above rights, the User will have the right to withdraw the consent given at any time through the procedure described previously, without such withdrawal of consent affecting the legality of the treatment. If you consider that you have not been attended to in the exercise of your rights, you may file a complaint with the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data.

BuenoLercari´s website does not use cookies; so no personal data is collected.
In the event that links or hyperlinks are placed on our website that redirect to other places on the Internet, owned by third parties that use cookies, we are not responsible for the use of these by said third parties.
11. Update and Validity of the Policy
This Policy is effective as of August 25, 2022. Any substantial change in this Policy will be made known through an announcement on this website, so we recommend checking these terms regularly to consult the changes that may have been made and how they may affect you.
